I tell my night job that I don't use e-mail or cellphones. If they want to have communications with me. Its face to face or not at all.

I seeked out this company because they use still paper applications and have Amish/Mennonite working there.

Lol…… “people who are offended” would be an easy way to screen out those I have no desire to see in my PMs- or anywhere else.

We all have lives to lead .. you should never need to apologize for that.

Asynchronous communication (you send me something; I respond when I see it; you respond when you see my response) is actually what one ought to expect, with users flung across the world.

the women do get flooded with them. guys need quit scaring the ladies off

None of us is that important. People can and will get over it.

My own opinion is that somebody's going to be offended by somebody not answering them right away they might need to get a life.
