I can't comment on "good or bad" but when it comes to forming friendships, my judgement was often wrong. People who I thought about at first that they had an attitude and seemed unlikable became my good friends later.

Regularly I'm being told that I look like I'm glum / angry / smirking / flirty / threatening whatever. Whilst I can experience all of those emotions the people making the observations are almost always feeding the wrong cipher into the Enigma machine... And getting a wildly incorrect answer. They're almost invariably, quite incapable of accepting that they got it wrong.
Every equal to the metaphorical guy who sees a woman in a short skirt, then reads a whole load of things into that about her character and intent. It gets tiring.

You may be giving off indicators to the person you have judged by their face.
I'm sure we have all done it ..but when we do we give off micro expressions too.

Hope you're not projecting negativity over long periods of time may actually cause the effect you're believing so strongly in.

This is the basis of Chinese face reading. It's believed that someone's personally is indicated by specific facial features. Long ago, Chinese officials covered their faces to prevent others from reading them.
