I'm strongly thinking about leaving sw

I like sw bc its a conversation forum a place for discussion q and a. Ive found ppl come and go. Its not a "mainstream" platform so ppl sign up check it out either like it or dont and usually move on to more "trendy" things. Eventually they return.
Regardless SW is about discussion and finding agreement; at least for me. I even want some argument not only blind adherence, based on political views.
Most individuals just want ppl to agree. This is a discussion forum its just not what todays social norms are pursuing. If you leave, okay, youll always be welcomed back.
Also SW has fewer adverts; which is nice. Almost few to no pictures and seems apolitical to me. In todays polarized society this is a rare place.

It was like that for me for a while but now I have a few people I interact with and a couple people in PM.

If you keep at it, be a good hearted and kind person and interact with others, and eventually reach out you can have that same level of success

Do you get ghosted in the real world, friend you've made but have no longer contact with, if so, that's the downside of social life.
