I keep having issues too and have to keep closing SW and reopening to get anything to work.

I've had the same issue and it's DEFINITELY not my Internet. What I do when it happens is I just refresh the page and retype the comment and then it usually goes right through. But... It's now a much shorter comment because I'm too lazy to repeat the whole thing.

just use a vpn, That's what works when sw sever starts acting up. Japan server is quite good.
