Sometimes I feel really pathetic

People take breaks here quite frequently...a month, two months, or more. I've never taken longer than a week break here. I feel sad ...and just QUite really SAD. I used to have a social life several years ago...I have nothing now..🙁( but on the flip side I am grateful for wonderful people here🪻💖)

I took a 6-month break October 2023 -April 2024 from SW. It was a well-deserved break, I took time to focus on myself. It was a period of enlightenment. Lessons were definitely learnt. A change of scenery can do the world of good. Many don't realise how much they really need a break. Take up a sport or hobby, do something for you.
