Take an online aptitude test. It's a good place to start. Next, get a pen and paper and list your goals in three sections, short-term, mid-term, and long-term. And while doing that, think really hard about what you're passionate about. Then after that's all figured out. Write a mantra to read every morning and shape your focus for the day.

Very much same. I'm 36 and I've lost so much time to illness. Trying to figure out what to do with my life and I'm just getting more apathetic as I get older.
