I could be off mark, but I feel on EP people talked about their experiences and their interests, whereas on SW people talk about their politics and

…their world view or attitudes. I guess it’s indicative of a the change in society. Which is a pity because I prefer the EP posts.

Nowadays is the problem with having an open mind is there’s no shortage people trying to fill it with their crap.

I'm late to this post but agree EP was much more personal experience related. And I plead guilty to following into the political post arena but it's not I feel an SW issue as much as the divisive environment the world has become. This crap wasn't going on and felt as deeply when we were on EP. Many of us agree we miss it very much.
