@Lostpoet keep your vitimans up. I would eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables. Hydration is key. And just practice focus. I think people Usually loose concentration because their not really interested in what they are doing. Think about playing a game or something. Your fully focused on it and dont realize it. But while doing homework your often distracted by things that offer a better dopamine release.
