what's your opinion on people posting music on sw ?

I love music posts but also know it’s not everyone up of tea….
Mine don’t get many likes, I just like to share and maybe one or two might enjoy them. 🎶

You can tell a lot about people by the music they like.

I post music on here because it speaks for me. Im not good with words. People on here can have their own opinions......if you dont like it move on. Thats my take.....people do what they need to do.

Sometimes people post a song I haven't thought of in a while and it's nice to hear it.

I don't mind it, people can post their favourite songs here

The music posts are one of my favorites.
Most of my posts have been music.

I'm divided on it. On one hand, it's like those profiles that keep sharing memes or inspirational quotes. There's no real effort or original thought put into forwarding someone else's creation, so I kinda automatically discount those posts because there's nothing meaningful shared. Those people are basically just self-appointed intermediaries passing off someone else's work to bring attention to themselves.

On the other hand, it's such an innocuous phenomena that it would be dumb to spend energy hating or dismissing it. People are sharing something they like, probably with the hope that someone else will like it too and find some use out of it. It's like when people put free furniture out on the curb. You can take it or leave it. If you don't like it, maybe someone else will

On my last account, a lot of people shared on my post and often enough, people heard songs they never heard before...same for me.
I much prefer music over fights, selfies, posts picking on other users, etc...

It can become tiresome real quick.

I do it almost on impulse. Often when I'm listening or was just listening to a particular song that resonated with me in some way. Kinda just throwing it out into the void.

I do it often. It’s actually how I’ve found new favorites, from checking out videos other people post.

I'm likely to never watch it, but that's me being lazy.
