SCOTUS: Clarence Thomas cherry picking again!

Following the SCOTUS ruling overturning Roe v Wade.
Clarence Thomas is now talking about overturning precedents on contraception & LGBTQ rights.
How ironic that he was silent on interracial marriage. The last thing he wants is his own marriage to an inserrectionist to become invalid, since he is in an interracial marriage he leaves that one alone!

The "Court" is just making it up as it goes along.

Justice Thomas doesn't seem to realize that by "revisiting" one SCOTUS decision, he opens them ALL up to "revisiting" including this abortion decision and all his favorite gun decisions.

SCOTUS has had a longstanding policy of 'stare decisis' meaning later courts would respect the decisions of earlier courts - they might modify them, but willy-nilly reversing other SCOTUS decisions was off the table. You wanna reverse Dredd Scott? Pass a new law, or better, an amendment. This activist court has overridden 200 years of SCOTUS history, to the great future detriment of SCOTUS.

@ElwoodBlues the court (to be fair) has long reversed decisions when it felt the original one was wrong. And that's good otherwise segregation, bans on same sex marriage (indeed same sex sex) and limited working hours laws, would still be the order of the day...
