Funny how that works. The same ones that can't imagine how to help their 3rd grader solve a grade school math problem went from COVID expert after watching 2 YouTubes...to political analyst and economic expert of how Biden controls gas prices and why he should be impeached.
Once the Mango Mobster got impeached trumpers were so anxious to find fault with Biden to get even YouTube University degrees went thru the roof. 😆 🤣 Just pick a YouTube vid.........and become an expert on what Biden is doing wrong...and how he should be jailed to fix it. Bummer their hero Scammy Davis didnt do that. He can't even fix an election without being indicted.

I had some sarcastic thing or another to say, but now I’m fascinated by the picture…apparently North Korea gives away metals like cereal prizes 😂

The fact this was downvoted by some awakened individual on here is the ultimate evidence of correctness.

Most often wikipedia is a credible source of correct information.
Rutterman · 46-50, M
@DrSunnyTheSkeptic Agreed. At least they provide sources for the articles posted, so you can investigate the topic further. And when the articles have been vandalized, it's usually pretty obvious and it gets cleaned-up quickly.
I know a guy that does his own research.

The photo is particularly great!
There is a theory from decades ago--I believe I saw in an old issue of Horizon magazine to which my Aunt subscribed--that the country with the more ornate military uniforms tends to lose a war. Some researcher(s) showed how frequently this predicted the outcome of such conflicts (well above chance).
Hmmm...ever heard of this, @beckyromero? I'm not finding a link very handily...

@beckyromero Yes, more than one commentator on British dress of our Revolutionary didn't lend itself to sneaking up on much of anybody, esp. out in the woods and fields.
And how did the codpiece get its name? Something fishy about that...

But then, supposedly, their "redcoats" didn't let the enemy see their blood.
The codpiece? I remember back in high school, our history teacher was talking about them. When she did, you could see all the boys blushing and trying to avoid eye contact. Especially when she commented that the bigger one that a warrior wore were allegedly - and "perhaps fraudently" - meant to imply having larger "equipment."
As to the name, the things were worn hundreds of years ago. My guess it's something to to with language? The Spaniards no doubt had their own name for the thing.
Here's an article:

@beckyromero Thank you!

Yes! LOTS of "don't trust actual experts, I know I saw it online"-style bs.
Real research evaluates sources...and tries to find primary sources, not opinioms of people who don't understand this sentence.

Such ingratitude! They give us their expert advice for free. Don't you know that they would charge other websites for their expertise?
Reject · 26-30, M
Wikipedia and YouTube? That’s asking a lot of people who only want to express their own uninformed opinion on something.

The guy on the left. Has a medal dead centre of his trouser makes you wander what he pinned it to?

The dude on the right only has 2 microphones, his opinion is less important than the guy in the middle.
Also why dont they just get new jackets to put the medals on, what noobs lmao do they really have to show off all their medals at once?

I don't claim to be an expert at anything, but my school of hard knocks trumps many people's understanding of many things... 🤔
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@wildbill83 I think you need a few more hard knocks.

It's like the "experts" on Facebook.
