Many users have complained about the improved features and want to impose a solution, yet they're unable to resolve their own problems how ironic!

People find it easier to criticise than to improve themselves.

The only change I've complained is the app. Seems like SW didn't learn the Consequences what EP been through after they created the App back in 2015.

Adding visual Features to a site doesn’t always improve it.

Removing the need to refresh the chat window in order to see reply’s to a chat comment would be good though. Ajax is good for that if you guys don’t already use it.
