Many users have complained about the improved features and want to impose a solution, yet they're unable to resolve their own problems how ironic!

Do the 'improvements' improve anything? And what makes you think that those few users suggesting how SW should be matches up to those few users unable to deal with their own problems? What if there is no irony or hypocrisy?
@Souls But feedback is important for the admins to know how their changes impact the community. Not all feedback is going to be positive, which is ok, as long as it isn't just rude.
