Part of ourselves dies when we lose someone close.

What a lot of people don't realize is that grief often teaches us important things, for example, that we really need to focus on simple things, like being honest in telling people how we feel about them, because every day with them is a gift, and we're never certain how much time we truly have.

Aaw I empathize. 😔 🤗
The older we get, the more people we have to grieve over.

{@itsjustbrit ] sorry to here this 😢 really i can understand and have real sympathy for your position as i have been there in 2014 .it is a horrible feeling just thought your world has caved in . it does hurt for a long time but try not to be sad your dad would not want this . i promise you there is light at the end of the tunnel and it does get a bit better with time

No, I've never wished I could forget about any of them. That the sorrow of their death wasn't so intense and frequent, yes. My dad was the most important person to me, also. My heart goes out to you, for your loss of yours.
