I have a single sock bag full
of them waiting to be paired up lol 😆 🧦🥰

At clotheslines and laundromats across the nation, we bowed and observed a moment of silence for the lost and forgotten.

For the polka dot, without his mate; the dress sock, with no place to go - who now just stays in evenings.

We've given them a drawer, showed them a home. They are special.
Assuring, someday, their other half WILL return.

Until then, honor their legacy by wearing odds now and again.

Here's to the memory: of adventures and good times, of an inseparable pair.
