I'm trying to value both of them for myself. I finally realized that my mental health is more important cause I always put it on the back burner and in return I feel like crap. so this year I'm changing a lot for myself, including my physical health as well.

In some ways I think it's more important. No, that makes no sense. I think they'd do that already if it was that easy. 😏

I don't tell them to cheer up. But in the same fashion, I am going to mention to a friend that we should work out together if he's gaining a few pounds.

It's probably different for men but we don't let another man stay down.

When I dealt with it first within my own family then myself. Mental health is intensely important, equal with physical health for sure.
