take care of it if you can. ive taken in baby birds till they were able to fly
TheRascallyOne · 31-35, M
@theowl: it has a lot of feathers but it's so small

might be a couple of weeks off from actual flying. it might either starve to death or a cat or something might eat it.

@theowl: it's parents keep flying around I think they're watching over it I'll do my best protected but I have to go to work in the morning

You're not ever supposed to touch a baby bird. Your scent will make the mother reject it.
TheRascallyOne · 31-35, M
@melmouthfulls: I had to pick it up a dog was going to eat it
Peaceful · F
@melmouthfulls: yeah. I think parrots and kiwis do though. Maybe a few others. That's why they put cayenne pepper in bird seed to keep the squirrels away from it.

@TheRascallyOne: cycle of life
if you cant find a wildlife organisation who can look after it then try to learn how to look after it yourself
unfortunately, some birds will reject a baby once it has been handled by a human. i hope that isn't the case
Flenflyys · 31-35, F
Leave it alone you probably just sentenced it to death. There's a good chance the family will reject it now
Peaceful · F
I would keep trying to put it back in. Can it fly?
TheRascallyOne · 31-35, M
@Peaceful: no it can't
Peaceful · F
@TheRascallyOne: see if a wild life place will take it.
Captainjackass · 31-35, M
Leave it. Its how they learn to fly.
TheRascallyOne · 31-35, M
@Captainjackass: I can't there's too many animals that could eat it
