Be honest, do you think you live a relatively healthy lifestyle or do you think you need some work?

Do you eat healthy? Drink enough water? Get enough sleep? Exercise? Refrain from drinking too much alcohol or smoking?
What could use some improvement? 🤔

I'm five pounds overweight and I need to work out more. As far as diet I eat pretty well, I just love junk food (I try not to keep it around, because I will eat it. 😂) So I could stand to lose a little weight, and work out more than once a week. 😆
