Be honest, do you think you live a relatively healthy lifestyle or do you think you need some work?

Do you eat healthy? Drink enough water? Get enough sleep? Exercise? Refrain from drinking too much alcohol or smoking?
What could use some improvement? 馃

I'm five pounds overweight and I need to work out more. As far as diet I eat pretty well, I just love junk food (I try not to keep it around, because I will eat it. 馃槀) So I could stand to lose a little weight, and work out more than once a week. 馃槅

I was consitent with my workouts but I've been slacking lately. I need to add more workouts into my week. I eat pretty healthy, but I should drink more water too.

I eat healthy, don't smoke, no drugs and never ever had alcohol. I exercise regularly, I guess I'm pretty healthy.
I exercise twice a day, limit sweets, love healthy foods, and focus on a positive attitude.
