If you had one wish from a Genie what would it be?(and u can't wish for more wishes)

I'd wish to pass the wish to someone who needs it the most. I currently am satisfied with my life because I have a house to sleep, food to eat, and friends and family to greet.

A cure for cancer and both types of diabetes.

I would wish for better-working body parts. Mine aren't working the way they were meant to (any longer).
