Yes, for years and years. Most websites are borderline unusable without it.

I also use Greasemonkey to block adblock-blockers and get rid of login nag windows on Pinterest and Facebook and Quora (for which I don't have accounts). Also, blocking cookies from sites with paywall counters, blocking JavaScript on a lot of things and getting past some paywalls by pretending to be a Google indexing bot.
