Do you use Adblock Plus?

I've only been on sw about an hour and its already blocked 136 ads. Sheesh

Dude, 3 bucks a month gets rid of those pesky ads, and it has lot's of other cool and freaky perks. Who knew, right?🙂

You can fucking edit OTHER peoples profiles man. You tell me if that's not worth 3 bucks a month?

Yes, for years and years. Most websites are borderline unusable without it.

I also use Greasemonkey to block adblock-blockers and get rid of login nag windows on Pinterest and Facebook and Quora (for which I don't have accounts). Also, blocking cookies from sites with paywall counters, blocking JavaScript on a lot of things and getting past some paywalls by pretending to be a Google indexing bot.

I use uBlock Origin and disable it only on websites that deserve it, in my opinion.

Is that a superior app to AdBlock?

I find it superior in terms of memory footprint and CPU usage, specially on Ad-heavy websites.

There is another adblocker called just "uBlock" but it's a clone I'm not familiar with.
