@cyberdude28 I live in Maine and It's like 97% white according to the last census I read. There just isn't a whole here to draw in a more diverse crowd.

Not that I know a lot of. Mexicans, but I haven't had a bad experience with any Mexicans I've met

I grew up in a small farming community in California and had lots of Mexican friends... they were, in many ways, better friends than the anglo-saxons I grew up with. And, once you were friends, real friends and not just an acquaintance, you automatically got a second set of parents and got to eat some damn tasty home cooking!
