My dream has come to life. I made the soup from my dreams

I forgot the mushrooms and went a little too far with the immersion blender but it tastes good. Next time I'm not blending it as much and I'm pulling the bacon out after cooking because I blended it into the soup. I will also use more potato and leek.

You will be surprised to learn this, but I was so hungry for some of that soup that I ordered loaded baked potato soup, fresh green onions, and baby bella mushrooms from instacart. I will probably just saute the mushrooms and the green onions and add them to the existing soup. 😊

Damn I've made the same mistake actually, I ended up putting in more of the ingredients to make up for it.
