How should I punish myself?

That’s absurd to punish yourself for suffering from insomnia. You need help to make you sleep, not punishment.

Deprive yourself of SW.👀 Or any social media keeping you up that late.

Pull out one tooth with pliers every hour on the hour until you finally go to sleep.

if you break it, you must stay awake for 24 hours.

Dont ever punish yourself , you will only feel worst afterwards , take some sleeping pills , turn all technology off at least an hour before bed , drink herbal tea , dim down the lights , make sure you get enough exercise and go outside enough
