Anyone else been working on themselves as of late?
I've been putting more effort into getting into better shape. I've been seeing some small progress which is encouraging. I want to rejoin a judo dojo. I was judo captain in my highschool days. I continued in my 20s for a bit then stopped. I lost interest but want to try again.
Been trying to eat better and I'm trying to eat more homemade food instead of pre made.
Also been trying to cut my smoking down because anyone who knows me can tell you I smoke like a chimney.
