I had to wait 3 months for a replacement phone. They sent it off to the wrong place. Then said they needed signature after sending it off and getting it back. Told to go in to shop, can't do it on phone. Shop says can't do it in shop, have to do it on phone! It's on a contract too! And now it is playing up again

Ugh. I hate factory resets but I know a lot of the carriers require it before they'll do warantee repair. :(

I work in a data sensitive industry. (Don't we all !)
If the info in the e-mails or messages is lost, I now have to try and get my carrier to send me everything all over again, and explain to those above me how and why it was lost !!
