Things that seriously annoy the cr*p out of you. #372

Had no phone....for THREE days !
As the 'Registered repair company' kept fobbing me off with 'parts required' b/s.
Get my phone back, along with £50 recompense.
Get home. Boot it up. And find they have wiped EVERYTHING !
Numbers; calls; e-mails; messages; apps. The lot !!!

I had to wait 3 months for a replacement phone. They sent it off to the wrong place. Then said they needed signature after sending it off and getting it back. Told to go in to shop, can't do it on phone. Shop says can't do it in shop, have to do it on phone! It's on a contract too! And now it is playing up again
