When I moved into my trailer and got the mailbox key I found this

It's old mail to 4 different people

I would just write on the back of it:

"Return to sender" and let the carrier return it in the out going mail.

Going to the post office here is a hassle. And that actually is what is supposed to be done.

Can you take it back to the post office and have them forward it to the persons new address?

the same people we are supposed to entrust ballots with.its a crime if you toss it take it to the post office
