It was a Monday, lots to do from weekend off. But still had time to visit with friends and some fun harmless teasing between friends with a few blushes 😚😊.
grief feels like a visitor whose stay is no longer warranted or an automatic thought that will show randomly but is actually eating at you because you push it away. pain demands regard so it goes away naturally

I wanna say that humans are so full of shit. Me too. You too. All of us. We're shit to each other to save ourselves. Which is I guess a survival instinct and I don't understand if it is justified that this characteristic in humans should cause me to despise them. After all we're all just looking out for ourselves. And I'm no saint. I'm a bitter, vengeful b.itch. I have had my moments of displacing anger on less powerful people. Thinking about it makes me loathe myself too. It's just the human condition that's absolutely revolting to me.
The amount of claptrap on here masquerading as "postivity" makes my mind bleed. We are not wonderful little balls of sunshine casting out a glow on the poor pitiful universe that could not get along without our glorious presence.
My opinion, don't anyone blow a gasket. Stay positive. 😁

The answer was in the sunrise colours. I saw them in my rearview mirror on the way to work. I have the ability to do anything I choose. I may create sweeping changes for the better. It won't be easy, but the choices are all mine. Thank ypu, Aidoo, for this powerful question.

That I’m stressed about meeting them and I’m not sure if it’s worth them visiting me from Netherlands, because I don’t know what I want. I don’t want to waste their time.
@SW-User Yes, I did. The man was a quack. I needed surgery on the arthritis in the 3rd shoulder joint, on the left side, and this idiot pressed on the area as hard as he possibly could. I screamed bloody murder, and never went back. When a chiropractor never even bothers with an x ray, you know it's time to beat feet.

@SW-User It's okay. I am seeing my PCP tomorrow. Maybe she will be able to help with the sinus infection. And she might be able to give me a referral to the orthopedic place downstairs for a steroid injection.
