How do you convince someone else to change?

@SW-User Yeah I was thinking the same. You could certainly view it as "someone changing me," but it's always felt more like me changing myself.

Reminds me of all those times I would need to subtly alter my personality to accept an extreme I'm not in favor of. All to slowly weave my way into their operations so I can bring legacy into the future. I haven't been able to do it for some time now. The cost to myself is too great.

@SW-User Maybe both? It was ultimately for the better good of our collective actions. Folks refusing to move forward into the future when others depend upon them.

Definitively subjective depending upon the situation. Though I will say leadership loves seeing percentile increases 😏
