With an ultimatum.馃槀

Okay on a serious note, you can't change anyone who doesn't want that change for themselves. You can just make them aware of the things in them that might be better changed.

@SW-User I don't think I've ever actually changed anyone. And I'm not sure anyone's directly changed me without an extreme negative or positive experience.

@Rokasu Yeah, it's not possible to. Every time I have changed it's been because something has sunk me down and I've had to weave my way back up. And nothing anyone would have said while I was good could have made me change.

@SW-User Yeah I was thinking the same. You could certainly view it as "someone changing me," but it's always felt more like me changing myself.

Reminds me of all those times I would need to subtly alter my personality to accept an extreme I'm not in favor of. All to slowly weave my way into their operations so I can bring legacy into the future. I haven't been able to do it for some time now. The cost to myself is too great.
SW-User
@Rokasu Was that part of people pleasing or part of being their rescuer?
Rokasu36-40, M
@SW-User Maybe both? It was ultimately for the better good of our collective actions. Folks refusing to move forward into the future when others depend upon them.

Definitively subjective depending upon the situation. Though I will say leadership loves seeing percentile increases 馃槒
