Are doctors today blame for a surgery or the patient?

I watched a story about some girl getting plastic surgery but it went wrong. She confronted her doctor but the doctor shrugged and said, “Well what do you want me to do? I didn’t MAKE you get the surgery.”
Wow….. what a careless doctor! People just don’t care!
My dad was right, the world is a cruel place and people don’t even care.
