Actually a good for them you're doing that. Because they are likely to do the same thing and get a hold of something not good for them. You at least can tell the difference. A sealed bag of stuff isn't going to hurt them. And they would have a hard time getting to it.

@DeWayfarer actually i know Seagulls know when something is bad , they won't eat it , they pick it up and toss it down just as fast

@FurryFace seagulls are relatives to crows. I have actually seen many dead crows around trash bins. There are certain things that people dump that they just can't detect. Like certain chemicals that smell enticing. My cat also loves the smell of deodorant. She doesn't know it's poisonous to her. Seen dead cats as well around trash bins. 😞

@FurryFace BTW I worked for 12 years for two different trash company's. That is the reason why we closed the bins every day. Environmental protection agency required us to do so.
