Only if I'm gonna be there for awhile like staying a couple of days.

I've got this bad habit of wanting to spend time with the person, instead of being on my phone at all, when I'm in their home.

@suzette I think it's just the worst habit you could possibly have I mean... Come on!

generally if i can i use any available wifi; so as not to use my own data. But I have unlimited data so. . . doesn't really matter. though it slows down once i use a certain amount.

Depends on how long and how often I鈥檓 there.

If I鈥檓 going to be there for hours while they also do their thing a bit, then yes. If I鈥檓 there for a short period and/or there鈥檚 a high level of interaction with each other, then no.
No i only use at work. I rarely go at anybody's house. So I don't care about using internet or phone itself since I am meeting them and talking to them face to face is a better option.

A friend of mine, to whom I will refer as Turkey Man, used to come over here and try to use my Wifi on his phone. He had very limited data, and mine was unlimited.

I connect more with whom I am visiting. Have I connected to their home Wi-Fi? Yes, I really needed then. Only once so far.馃檪

My computer doesn't travel. I'm still using a CRT monitor so packing it up to go for a visit would be a bit too much.

Depends on how close you are and if they offer. You can ask if you really need it.
exchrist31-35
Sometimes but I have unlimited data so
SW-User
Yeah if I trust them sure
REMsleep41-45, F
Almost always connect to the internet of anyone that I know well. Password is probably already saved in my phone.
Casual acquaintance or coworker or party then no
When I go to stay with my parents, middle sister or best friends, yes. My IPad automatically logs into their wifi.
