Do you think

All that money some countries are spending as military/Humanitarian aid, is going to ukr to its entirety or some from them is being sold to other customer for personal wealth gain also? 👀

I don't think the average person can possibly know. I don't think they would advertise it if they did sell military equipment to other customers.
