I appreciate what I'm given and immerse myself into things that I love. Truth be told, I spent way too much time suffering and the time I've lost pains me more than to try and enjoy life (responsibly).

This is a fine day to be alive. You breathe deeply. You listen to and sing to good music. You discover what makes your heart sing. You find the little, important things. You treasure friends wherever they may be. You treasure memories that matter. You walk. You run. You just open yourself to the world. In severe times, you find reasons to go on. You remember the value of life, of each breath. You think of all the people who cannot be alive and you live for them. Does this help at all? I think you need more words.
