So I'm going to be heading back to the gym

This sedentary life is not really working out for me.

I'm tired of carrying this belly around, I want to be fit.

I hear exercise can help cure depression or dysthymia so there is that benefit also.

I also want to look good and feel attractive.

I lost a decent amount dropping All snacks after 6:30PM, avoiding Carbs and eating 10% LESS during meals.

I'd dish out a regular meal and push 10% aside for the Trash 🗑️ Can.

It was that or count calories! Seems the 10% thing was easier and the TrashCan didn't gain too much weight! Salads can be good to fill you up as can healthy Smoothies.

$4 Healthy Choice frozen meals have a good balance and low calories. Just limit snacks and drink lotsa glasses of 🥶 COLD Plain Water.
Takes a bit to adjust to Diet Changes but results will be noticable.
Exercise requires diligence and not quitting.
