So I'm going to be heading back to the gym

This sedentary life is not really working out for me.

I'm tired of carrying this belly around, I want to be fit.

I hear exercise can help cure depression or dysthymia so there is that benefit also.

I also want to look good and feel attractive.

I exercise regularly, and I’m depressed today. Still, exercise has many benefits so I encourage you to start, but you also need to watch your diet if you want to lose weight. Exercise alone won’t do it. It may help you maintain your weight, but not lose weight. Good luck!
