@YoungPoet345 Get a hot water bottle for cramps if you have them, and just like... let yourself feel like shit for a bit if you need to. For dealing with intense stress just like - having escapes and exercises helps a lot.

Also don't put everything on yourself. Try to compartmentalize shit you can't resolve on your own and just let it be. Put your emotional energy into problems within your control.

@DarlingSelah When weird men start to follow you, turn and make full eye contact. Stare at them and they will often back off. Apparently this works really well.

@CountScrofula 2 floor flat, no balcony, communal garden, quiet road but it is in a city.
5 min walk to the local park.
I'm home full time, these days I have very few visitors.
But if I had a pet I'd probably have more incentive to do more.

@Mellowgirl Since you're home full time and have access to a local park you can probably have an apartment-friendly dog. Medium to small-sized and go for breeds or individual dogs who enjoy lazy times between runs and aren't territorial (i.e. bark at everything).

Lower maintenance, get yourself a kitty who doesn't like a cat.

@deadgerbil I recommend just doing everything you can to advance global warming as rapidly as possible. It'll cause more chaotic destructive weather and importantly - weird out of season snowfalls.
