Lamb is very popular in heaven.

@TheRealJesus I suppose I'll be starving up there.

I've never liked lamb for the exact same reason! People love it, I don't get it.
deepblacknothingness · 56-60, M
@robbie2499 Everyone raves about it but after tasting it I don't see the appeal.

That's a shame. I've never had that experience with eating lamb before. It's always tasted amazing.
You need to put some mint jelly on it.

The older the lamb the more pronounced the flavor. I’ve had Moroccan harrira soup made with spring lamb and it was delicious and no aftertaste. Mutton, which is a grown sheep, is a whole different story. Funky from the first bite.

Spring lamb is really good but when the lamb gets older and starts turning into mutton I don’t like it. It’s like two different animals. Also whatever the animal is fed influences the flavor.

i think it tastes good, especially lamb chops, but smells awful while cooking.

@SW-User The smell is pretty offputting

Try goat instead
deepblacknothingness · 56-60, M
@Catzgano What does that taste like?

@deepblacknothingness a lot like beef except it tends to be so lean that it can be tough if it is not simmered for a long time. I’ve had goat in Indian dishes and it was quite good, meatballs and goat curry too.
