I had no idea that lamb had a funky aftertaste to it.
I tried Moroccan style lamb meatballs. The seasoning was great but I couldn't get past the lamb aftertaste.

@deepblacknothingness a lot like beef except it tends to be so lean that it can be tough if it is not simmered for a long time. I’ve had goat in Indian dishes and it was quite good, meatballs and goat curry too.
