I had no idea that lamb had a funky aftertaste to it.

I tried Moroccan style lamb meatballs. The seasoning was great but I couldn't get past the lamb aftertaste.

Spring lamb is really good but when the lamb gets older and starts turning into mutton I don’t like it. It’s like two different animals. Also whatever the animal is fed influences the flavor.
