Isn't it crazy how social anxiety works? Wherever you go you think people are judging you

but in reality most people are wrapped up in their head and their own thoughts, they could care less about you especially if they don't know you.

In a sense social anxiety is kinda narcissistic. You think everyone is judging you and thinking about you when perhaps nobody really cares.

@ninalanyon Yes, I realize that from first hand experience. My sister was married to a cross dresser at one time.
