I guess I like movies with a tangible narrative but complex morals.

@SW-User Shutter Island also springs to mind. I've never had my head screwed so much by a plot twist in my life. I knew something was going on but that was like 'wow'

@Burnley123 It's funny because I'm watching and shit talking Identity (2003) right now. It is like Shutter Island a bit but really fucking awful.

@SW-User I haven't heard of that movie. Shutter Island does two things brilliantly: the dark atmosphere and the hidden story. They are both hard things to pull off.

Fight Club also manages the hidden story well but now I don't rate it as much as I once did. Not sure why.

@Burnley123 Yeah, Shutter Island I really liked. I have only seen it the one time, so I'd like to rewatch it again knowing the plot already.
