Depends on the version of vampires. Having similar levels of sentience and intellect it would be possible. But if the vampire mind was either too far advanced or too beastial it would likely not be possible. Likewise if the vampire mind had no notion romance.

@JimFarris16 I suppose. I'm not very familiar with those ones. Underworld featured a style of vampire that could be romanced. Though the quintessential for me would be interview with a vampire/queen of the damned style. Highly unlikely that they would, but they are "human enough".
