@SkeetSkeet Well I wouldn’t go as far as to say I hated the people but I worked at one for 15 months after retiring from another job and there were some customers that I could do without seeing for the rest of my life. Chronic complainers, unfriendly, downright hateful or whatever. And during the holidays everyone crawls out of the woodwork that you’ve known in real life and don’t want to see.

@vetguy1991 I won’t use it and when they offer to teach me I tell them loud enough for other customers to hear how it’s disrespectful to expect us to check out our own stuff, I draw the line at that. One assistant manager at a WM Neighborhood Market located next to Tinker AF base told me that he heard that quite a bit and if it was up to him they wouldn’t have self-check outs.
