@zerofuks2give No, @dark548 meant that you could still get another variant of COVID. It's a lot like the common cold in that regard. You can get it over and over again.

@LordShadowfire eh, my whole family got it and it wasn’t bad, even for my diabetic son. And being vaxxed doesn’t guarantee you won’t get it so what’s the point?

@zerofuks2give It is a better guarantee if everyone is getting vaxxed. That way, there are fewer people getting sick and allowing it to mutate. Do you know how sick I am of explaining this basic fact to people? Any clue?

That may not be true.

First, the vaccinations do not result in unnatural antibodies. The antibodies are still your own and generated by your body.

Having any antibodies is better than none. But some early studies have shown that the antibodies from vaccinations may offer better resistance than antibodies only from an infection.

I support your choice either way, just offering a perspective.
