Because they are told everyday to blame their dad, their mom, their sister, their teachers, their boss and rich people for everything
But never their effort

@questionWeaver Where do you hear this? All my life, and especially these days, I hear just the opposite. No matter what happens to us, we must blame ourselves.
@SW-User I read ... the media is endlessly in a campaign to blame success for the failure of low effort.
I agree with your conclusion .... to be successful, there has to be the opportunity to fail
Without the threat of failure, the human experiment can never reach success

@questionWeaver Yes, once again, the idea of blaming the successful for the failures of everyone else is coming from politicians. On the neighborhood level, with family and friends, beliefs are just the opposite. Out here in the real world, it is every man woman and child for themselves.
The middle class don’t have time to feel anything. We’re too busy working and paying taxes to support the upper and lower classes.

because that money was acquired by exploiting natural resources, which should be considered the joint inheretance of the nation they belong to.

@AnnSteve from an organizational perspective, it makes sense to have property rights over natural resources, but not a moral one. Natural resources aren't made or earned; they were kinda just there when we got here and we built our society upon them. If we're to consider ourselves a free society and not a feudal state, we have to take a step back and say that any economic system that relies on the idea of a man owning a river or forest or the air we breathe has got to be taken with a gigantic grain of salt.
Why do rich people think poor people should serve them, cater to every whim and shouldn't have equal rights?

Because they want something for free. I doubt it's many middle class though, because thier money is being spoken for for also.

Because they suffer the misdeeds of the rich more than anyone else.
They do?? Hmmm...
Id say poor people wish and sigh when they see rich and how they live...
Never in my entire life seen a poor who believed they owned what rich earned, unless the rich was a fraud...

I don't think the poor and middle class feel that way, at least not any I know. The government is another matter... They are the ones who are all about redistributing the wealth.

@Stereoguy i agree. Everyone has the same rights and benefits in this country. Some people just know how to exercise those things. Just think if everyone had to pay the same dollars for those rights.even if the rich pay a smaller percentage, I'd bet they pay more dollars for those rights

Because they don’t want to work for it
