Why do poor people and middle class feel ownership over rich peoples money and think they have the right to speak over how it should be spent ?

Id say poor people wish and sigh when they see rich and how they live...

Never in my entire life seen a poor who believed they owned what rich earned, unless the rich was a fraud...
